$500 monetary or basket award. Allergies Shaped My Life Foundation supports high school graduates and current college/university students who have at least one food allergy. Essay: 500-word essay responding to the foundation's prompt (check their website for the current year's topic) — focus on how the food allergy has shaped Nolan's life and what support means to him

STEP 3 — Polish and Submit

Verify final essay is between 400 and 600 words
